    9" Disk (flat) grinder

    Baldor has a motor that is AC 1/3hp 1140 rpms, and works good as a disk sander. I also use it at times with a on & off foot switch without any problems.

    Tip up or Tip down?

    I understand Ed's point of view, but does it make a difference if the blade is faceing the outside of the leg or the inside. I've made some with tip down and tip up, and have some Benchmade's with the tip up, but always with the blade toward the outside.

    I have a Cyclone T-1000 i got from MSC, several years ago. It is a table top with the lid rasis up. It does good, i use the 100/170 grit glass beads.
