Thanks Bruce and Nathan! I got my knife heat treated today!! Now I can move on to finishing up the blade and then on to the handle! Nathan, I will probably be using some Butterscotch Micarta. I will post pics as I get going on it!! Thanks again guys! I appreciate the input!

Thanks BJ! OK, so I took the advice and drilled some holes in the handle as well as fixing the blade so the grind does not go all the way up. I also thinned the blade out. Let me know what you think! Thanks, Jerry

Thanks, I need to heat treat and am trying to figure out how I'm going to accomplish that. I thought I had someone who was going to heat treat but that fell through. Should I just buy a torch and some oil and go for it? Should I send it out? Most guys won't bother with O1.
