Plasma cutters are going to have a much bigger HAZ than laser and a rougher cut for sure. For knifemakers, I think waterjet is the way to go. YMMV

I think I can convert them to DXF (that would be what the waterjet needs) I dont have time to fix them if there is a problem, but I can convert them and send them back email them to me les@georgeknives.com

It can, if you shadow box the scales a little it works out well. If the scales are G-10 you can also tumble the knife with the scales on

tumblers are 1st and foremost about size, how much media can you put in the bucket to put pressure on the parts. Then they are about speed of tumble. You can tune the speed and energy in the HF tumbler if you take the bottom off it and adjust the eccentric weight that drives it. The media...

But I like how it came out... It only took 8 pounds of titanium to make this 9 oz handle. :) I didnt have any 2 inch wide titanium, so I have to make it out of 2 pieces of 1 inch Ti and dovetail the sides together. The tang wedges in and locks it all in place. Made the blade an inch longer...
