yeah,i know this to be true. a guy sells a case of blueblock sunglasses on ebay. the buyer gets the case and whines to ebay that they are not as described. rather than review the complaint paypal(ebay) takes it upon themselves to give the buyer a refund as soon as he returns the sunglasses...
