I just make sure when I start a 1/4 inch tubing in a hole drilled with a 'F' drill that i just start the tubing in the hole and apply epoxy all the way around the tube. This to me insures that it has contact all the way through the hole.

These I belt to 400 then go back and hand sand with 240 using WD-40 as a lubricant. 400 then 600 then 1000 all with WD-40.

All cut out. 5 stamped 10 to go. Not bad. Hard part 7 are of 9-10 oz and they are a bugger to cut.

I just lay them under respective knife.. Blue and white cowboys get belt straps. Rest are looped and depend on size of loop according to knife.
