Yup that's the dreaded stamp we are all talking about, I'd love to see that demo. And yes it's nice to know that Paul is mortal after all.

    Triangular basket weave.

I find it helps to strike every other space. Strike the first stamp hard then press lightly to mark the 2nd stamp to line it up then strike the 3 one hard go. Alternate the 2nd row so that the hard strikes start to sarong the soft ones then go back and strike the soft marked ones hard.

    52100 round knife?

Bill is my #1 fav smith! How ever I already have 2 knives on order with him, well over a year wait. One he told me last week was almost done. Also I don't mind dropping 2+k on a kitchen knife but I can't justify that much for a round knife. Here's a pic of the suji he made me.

    Wing divider

The smallest one I found was the 6". I thought it was time to get one because in going to start to practice doing some inlays so I want to use it to mart the stitch lines for the cut outs. I just watched Chucks DVD again, and he uses one to do a snake skin inlay. I have not watched your 2nd DVD...

Wow that's cool I thought I was the only one who would like something like this. Here's another one I made along the same lines. The design works and they are useful at work so I keep making them so I can practice my leather work. This one I think is #5?

A Ciboleros buffalo hunting knife set and sheath….

Very interesting I did not know about them. I love early American knives, here are two of mine. They have been called buffalo Skinners or lamb splitter's depending on I guess who used them. The first one is marked & I was able to date it at about 1860. The 2nd one is unmarked but seems to be...
