    I remember one idea was to spray WD40 on the wheel (or was it the compound?), but that was not very satisfactory when I tried it. I may try experimenting with soaking a portion of it in water - I'll post results.

    Thanks for clarifying, Tracy, but I still don't have an answer. I remember someone, on some forum, suggesting how to bring dried out greaseless buffing compound back to life, but I don't remember the process, and I have two tubes that need help. Once again, any suggestions, anyone?

    Any suggestions for rehydrating dried out greaseless? I know it can be put in smaller packages and frozen to prevent this, but it's too late for that now. I'd rather not have to replace what I have.
