    Straighten rib bone ?

    My brother gave me a rib bone from a cow that he found while out hunting. I decided to split he rib and cut it up into useable sized pieces but they have a slight curve to them. Is it possible to cook the bone and then clamp it to straighten it out? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks, Dan
