    Last year i made the little brother of this guy. Went a bit "fancy" and gave it some tiger stripe intaglio etching using the gun blue and bleach method. Just need to put on the turks head and seal the handle.

    Blade is 1084v, 15", forged no draw filing,planished the edge and a little grinding to clean the choil, but it was done on a 1X30.:biggrin: a 12" tang goes into an oryx horn. OAL 51" Horn is filled with epoxy and milliput sculpted around the "bolster".
