Im no anvil expert im gonna throw this in the mix. Check out the J Nielson Knife Makers anvil. Has some knife builder features built into it. Seems like a decent anvil and last I knew it was about $1100. Black Bear Forge did a review on it on YouTube. It's 110 pounds.

Well I got the torches yesterday gonna try and get them hooked up today but have other things going on so will see. The kit looks decent but I guess time will tell!

My ancient torch set gave up the ghost so Im looking to replace them. I have a shoestring budget right now! Any recommendations on a kit to replace them. I mainly use them to cut thicker stock and localized heating for bending or to isolate a spot for forging quickly. Any help would be GREAT!!

Yeah I get it. I will say the new cheap ones are very resonable. I paid only $160 on Amazon made 4 Jack-O-Cans for Halloween. I sold all the Jack-O-Cans for $45 each and paid for it! Like this one so not even knife related and like I said its paid for.
