    I am thinking of taking up a new hobby,axe throwing. I have about 12 feet of saw mill bandsaw blades,15n20. Do I need to heat treat it if I’m careful no to over heat it while profiling and beveling? They will be full tang.

    Will epoxy (west systems) effectively glue real carbon fiber scales to my 1095?

    Tempering

    Instead of using the wife’s kitchen stove to temper my 1095 and 15n20 will a convection toaster oven do the trick or should I just use a normal nonconvection toaster oven? The convection types seam to be a little larger.
