Must the Cathode be titanium? Seems the cathode will be "de-oxidized" and therefore unreacted, except for possible cleaning of rust. Seems like a piece of aluminum will suffice. Am I incorrect? Doesn't the amperage determine the time it takes to achieve the color? If voltage determines color...
