That is a good looking knife Randy. I like that you spent a little time profiling the choil a bit for more finger relief. My preference is for a flatter profile chefs knife, but flat as the edge is near the heel, that might be easily accomplished by dropping the tip and only slightly changing...

Hey Bill! Yeah it's always nice to see familiar... handles :biggrin: I've been looking to expand my practical knowledge so I'm poking around some new places. There's a lot to like here, and a lot of big names!
