1095 and Padauk

Steel......1/8" 1095

Scales......3/8" Padauk finished with "Tru Oil" (Love this Wood)

Overall length......9 3/4"

Blade Length......5" to front of Scales

That's very pretty - and I like that wood. Did you lay the scales to get the grain to flow at that angle, or was that a happy coincidence?
