Figured if I was making "Ragnar's Dream", then I couldn't leave out his big brother "Rollo"......

Head is forged from 2"x2" 1060, hickory handle (with Blackwood handle cap), and rawhide wrap.





 
I think Rolo could beat Ragnar with that 'cause he could really sling it with that butt cap on there!- hope they are done fighting...

You and I are on the same page Liam. The set just won't be complete otherwise, plus I'd like to see what Ed can come up with. The adze is one of my favorite woodworking tools (I only have 5 of them...), a taste acquired during my carving days back in Tanzania.
 
Their is something about the character that they created for Rollo that I find funny.
He's passed out somewhere, Fighting and kicking hiney in a raiding party or with his lady! Ohh! The simple life. he makes it all look like so much fun! LOL
