Any ideas who made this?

I'm wanting to sell this knife, but I don't remember what I paid for it and I can't look it up to see a value. Do you have any clues about who might have made this? Or is it similar to another knife? What do you think I could ask for it?

I bought this in a random knife store somewhere in Portland, I think close to fifteen years ago. They only told me it was a prototype, but not who designed and built it.

Weight: 2.85 oz
Folded length: 5"
Total open length: 8.5"
Blade length: 3.5"

It's got a kick to it, but it opens strong

Very cool, thank you for finding this. I appreciate it. It sure is my knife. I need to find contact information and see if my place and timeline memory match up plausibly. Were there many Chinese copies even floating around 15 years ago? I know I wasn't aware of them back then, but that doesn't mean much
