anybody use mesquiteman's cactus juice chamber for stabilizing wood?

Title says it all. Just curious if anyone has used this product, specifically the chamber? I think its mainly for pen blanks, but could accommodate knife scales as well. Thanks in advance!

A friend of mine from columbus , Ga is using that product. He said it seems to work just fine. Scott
