bad day

lol well This knife was just one of those days. First I ground it to thin, so it bent during quench. Kind of saw that coming. second I tried to cold bend it back to shape. That didn't work, so I put it back in the vice and tried to heat the spine but as soon as the flame touched it popped. It was so loud it actually startled me. Next time I will go back to my tried and true way of clamping it to a straight edge and putting it back in the oven for 10 min then tighten the clamps up and back in the oven it goes for 30 min.

12 hrs and just one more lil tap to seat the handle aaannnd pop goes the blade.
