basic kitchen knife. 8" blade, 2" at widest part, 1/16" O1 ht'd to Rc62-63. walnut handle. what i like the best is total weight of 3 ounces.

I like the geometry, Scott. Good knuckle clearance and that flat belly will making slicing a breeze.

I like the carbon patina on the blade - Since my wife doesn't I had to move to SS for her..... so most all I make now are SS.
