Bonding and trust of my dog?

You should know that the dog has understood and bonded with you if he likes to spend time with you, obeys your command to fetch things, starts to jump on you, likes to sit on your knees and wants to wake you up in the morning.

Research proves that dogs are among the most loving and loyal creatures on earth. The moment they trust you as their owner, they’ll remain faithful forever. This is reason enough to trust and love your dog more.

Due to the nature of our day to day activities and busy schedules, you may lack the time to bond with your pet. If this is your case, you must set adequate time when you’re off duty to bond with your dog.(https://inspiredogs.com/how-to-know-if-your-dog-has-bonded-with-you-and-trusts-you/)

Dogs are also known to be one of the most emotional creatures. Before a dog becomes loyal to you, it must first trust you.

I gotta wonder if the OP is serious, and thinks this is a dog owner's forum? Or maybe a troll??

I wasn't going to respond in this thread, but Whew! Boy, whomever wrote the information in that link is educated WAY beyond their intelligence! I've been a dog owner and trainer for most of my adult life. Applying human traits, actions, and emotions to dogs will get you only one thing....frustrated. Dog's are pack animals, and until a human knows what that is, and understands it, any training efforts are doomed to failure.

I was thinking that look you called distain was more like.. now that ur done goofing off its time for you to play with me. As for his critigue/protest. Well we've all felt that way at times. But then again I'm not an expert in dog.

Praise your dog when he approaches you if you expect him to pay attention to you. If you don't want your dog to concentrate on you right now, ignore them. That's just what they're looking for. And if you talk for a few minutes, the dog will continue to sit. That is not correct. This is not a formal reprimand. Instead, it shows your dog that they are only allowed to accompany you and be praised on those occasions. In addition, I discovered a website dedicated to clingy puppies here: https://www.oodlelife.com/should-i-let-my-dog-sleep-in-my-bed/ I hope you have no more concerns about this matter!

See how it behaves and how she responds to your commands. If it wants to be constantly near you and unquestioningly performs all your commands, then congratulations, the dog has become attached to you. However, if all is the opposite, then you need to educate it. Three years ago, I had a naughty bulldog. I even had to install a special fence that notified me when my dog ran away from the yard (I found it on the https://thepetsmaster.com/best-wireless-dog-fences/). Finally, I got tired of this behavior and decided to give it to the trainers. Two weeks later, the insanely obedient dog was returned to me.
