Never thought I'd let this one go, but desperate times and all .... 
This is one of a set of five from a show in California from what the fellow I got it from told me, every one was different (coating and handle variations)
Busse Combat Badger Attack E handle Desert Tan coated blade (the old school rough), raptor patterned green canvas micarta scales. Blade has a penetrator tip, spine and handle are polished.
The sheath has more carving than I've ever done on one sheath, its one of a kind. Oak leaf motif.
Way below what its worth, but asking 800.00 plus shipping of your choice and insurance.
Please, no trades as this is much needed fundage.
