Customizing a BM42

Hello there
I have a BM42 that has had the handles anodized. I got this used in a trade and I am thinking that a makeover is due. Here is a pic of the knife, what are some ideas to make it more "custom"?

you could re anodize the handles a different color, filework the spine, and add some PB washers in the pivots for a start. Sky is the limit really, a friend of mine had his 51 modded out and it will be landing in my lap for a passaround, I'll be sure to post up some pics.
