My latest fillet knife and my first in Damasteel "Gros Rossen" pattern, sorry for the bad picture, the etch is nice and even throughout the blade...just cant see it in the picture. The blade is 10" and OAL 15". Ram's horn handle

The Bird & Trout is Odens Eye Damasteel with Abalone handle and 416 Stainless Bolsters, customers design.
2" blade, OAL 7 1/2"

Thanks for looking,

Hi Gill those look very nice. I just checked out your website. That is also very nice. I am a big damasteel fan. Maybe i will contact you through your website to see about having something made with a piece i have. Doug

Very nice. My first thought was "too pretty to use" but your choice of materials actually makes that fillet knife usable to boot.

Anytime Doug,

Thanks Dan, Robert & Greg, and yes Dan that Rams Horn sure makes a good practical handle.
