HEY THOSE LOOK GREAT.I have some damasteel laying around here i took on a trade for some work i did. Did you heat treat yourself? I was curios because i am going to make some small knives from it.

no i send my blades out for HT,
haven´t gotten a ht oven ... yet...

hopefully i´ll be able to afford one towards the fall..
here a good one costs roughly US $1900
