Dates of Horseman's Knives? (Photos)

Can anyone tell me the dates that these two knives were made? As you can see, they are both farrier's/horseman's knives:

Robert Klaas/Kissing Cranes (Germany; on the top)

and

William Rodgers (Britain; on the bottom/left).
