Dealer - Purveyor
I have a couple of my Dublin models available. The Dublin was born as a butcher knife, and excels at processing meat and wild game. In the kitchen it makes quick work on tenderloins and roasts. The blade is flat ground 50100, high carbon steel at 60 HRC. It takes a fine edge and is easy to resharpen when needed. OAL is 10-1/4" with a blade of approximately 5-1/2". The blade stock is approximately .100" thick. Both include shipping in the US and any PP or CC fees. I accept Money orders/checks, PP and credit cards. Questions and comments are welcome and appreciated. Thanks for looking.
