Just finished these knives, 2 field kitchen cutters forged out of san mai with full flat convex edge, striped tiger maple and horse chestnut burl with red copper pins.
The other 2 blades are a bowie forged out of 16th century wrought iron with a forge welded cutting edge from modified CM60, scales from stabilized Dutch bog oak wood (also from the 16th century) and red copper forged guard with same pins and a buttcap from buffalo horn.
The other knife is a Bushcrafter forged out of damascus from the same types of steel as the bowie, convex edge and hidden tang, with bone/bog oak and horse chestnut burl scales with bronze pins.
Thanx fro watching, cheers Igor.
