This was made from the other half of the tanto kiridashi. Chisel/convex ground on the right hand side, opposite of Emersons. Hardened with MAPP gas and tempered for 20 minutes at 400* F inside my wife's toaster oven. I'm working on the sheath right now.

nice, you might want to temper it for bout 40 minutes more, but thats just my two cents. i like the sheath. how dose the stitching work for you?
