Not my normal style, but made to order. Both blades turned out great, well balanced and sharp. The smaller knife was tricky, but we got it there.
Both knives are for the same customer and are meant to be a set.
Alabama Damascus, brass fittings, bone and horn spacers, and liner, with black canvas micarta.

They were both designed to be used for specific tasks. The customer and I spent considerable time designing both. I made several mock ups of both. The customer likes to minimalist camp, deep in the back country. I hope they work as designed.

Those look really nice Kev. I especially like the ghostly look of the micarta. It matches the damascus. I like the whole black and white and brass contrast.
