Heat treat damascus dbs-659

Hey there dogs I'm completely new to knife making but have purchased a propane forge and a Damascus billet that's been heated and annealed it was forged from dbs and 659 steel my main concern is heat treatment at what temp should I quench what would be the best quenching oil and after that tempering at what temp for how long please help id really appreciate any input

I'm not familiar with "dbs", nor can I find any reference to it as a "knife" steel. 659 is more of less a "mild steel", and based on it's chemistry, it will not harden. Without knowing the chemistry of "dbs" it's impossible to offer any heat treating advice.
