Greetings all.
Recently got the bug to try knife making.
So far got some budget tools, just enough starting knowledge to be dangerous.
Made a jig, practicing with cheap Home Depot Steel. Having some issues with my bevels on my jig but confident I can figure them out.
Have bought a few different style pre made blades to get some experience with handles. So far I have had real good results (in my opinion anyway) an am enjoying the heck out of making things.
Small forge, I hope it will get me started with hardening.
I am sure I will have tons of questions. I am sure I will learn tons just hanging around and reading.
Anyway, here I am, looking forward to my new hobby.
