How do you pack your knives?

Hi, everyone. It might be silly thread, but i wonder how other knifemakers actually pack their knives. I recently used a cardboard boxes, but it seems to me that they are expensive - about 0.40 - 1.50 EU for cardboard box, and that is if you buy at least 200 boxes. I wonder are there alternatives. I saw on the net how Andy Roy is packing his knives.


That is interestig way for make a package - wraping in some kind of recycled paper or so.
Please, give me some ideas.

The boxes can be expensive, Look at the cardboard tubes with the plastic ends. I just used a large amount of those and am looking for more at a good price.

You can buy any length and diameter and cut to fit. You can also use double stick tape and attach your business card around them.

I mail main out using insured priority mail and use their free tube box.
