1080/15N20 steel by maker with a Maple Burl handle.
Stainless fitting with spacers. Got to love that natural red in the Maple.

Nice visual flow of the damascus pattern into the bolster/handle. The thin black spacers inbetween the stainless spacers ties the handle to the blade in a very nice way.
As I mentioned before on one of your knives, I really like the transition from blade to ricasso.
The middle spacers in the handle correspond to the angle of that transition from blade to ricasso. Nice touch...well done.

How many layers in the Damascus? The layers really look good - they tie the whole knife together. Anybody would be PROUD to own that knife. Well done

Ken, I think that piece of steel had about 29 layers of alternating 1/8 thickness of 1080 / 15N20 steel
