I hope I just didn't ruin my two blades

Hi guys, just realized I made a bit of a mistake. I was setting up my HT oven to do the tempering of two 440C blades. I thought I set it up for 121 C' which should equate to 250 F' I actually keyed in 221 C' which is near 450 F'. I cut the power after about 45 minutes of the two hr soak. Can anybody tell me what if anything I've done to the steel? I was shooting for 59RC but don't have a tester. I know a bunch of you guys are steel geniuses and can tell me what to do to correct this brain fade mistake, thanks guys.

I bet they are fine as they weren't at over temp for very long. Normal tempering time is 2 hours, they were in only 45 min. I would be happy to check them for you with my hardness tester. Just drop them in the mail.

Thanks Bruce, I thought they may be ok, I did a bit of reading online that eluded to the same. I have a guy nearby that could check for me, I may run one up there, thanks for the offer!
