Folks if you are starting out in making , and you EVER plan to learn to take a folder apart and hope to reassemble it ,this site can help a ton .
For newbs its a huge plus to have a lot of info stored in one spot.
Info on soldering techniques,bolster making, unusual parts replacement,scales dos n donts ,from wood to exotic materials. precision drilling,tapping, inletting for button knives,building new parts to match old, etc.
Give it a whirl.
