Latest Chef Knife Done in CPM S35VN

Boss Gave me three days. So I made this. I been wanting to make a kitchen knife of this quality.

Blade is CPM S35VN heat treated by Peter's Heat Treat, .093" Thick 8'' Long with a convex grind with secondary edge for easy sharpening.

Knife is 12.5 Overall
Handle is Jade G10
Pins are 1/4 Mosaic

I have been wanting A chef knife similar to this one. You will have to update us on how the s35vn performs in the kitchen.
 
Nice looking chef you have there.
CPM-S-35VN works excellent in the kitchen. I made two of my Larger Chef knives with it and have gotten great results.
Take's and holds a great convex edge!

rmbonham, the is steel was only introduced in 2009. This the first CPMS35VN I have seen or used. But my first impression is WOW, Incredibly sharp off the bench. From what I read it is cut about CPM S30V. This may be all I use in Chef's Knives.
