Hi all.I wish to present my attempt at a rendition of a long seax.Photography is up to bollocks and I appologise profusely.
None the less specs is as follow:
Forged 5160 fitted with a leather washer handle waterproofed with beeswax,brass guard and pommel peened over tang.
Blade is 0.16in thick at the spine tapering to 0.078in at the tip.
The face is 0.87in wide at the ricasso.
Handle is 4.1in long and 2.95in diameter.
Blade is 8.03in long.
OAL of 12.13inches
