need help with a contacxt wheel with no bearings

Hey guys, i just got a used 2"x5" contact wheel. It has no bearings or place to but them, how do i mount this and have it spin, thanks
 
Would need to be bored out to bearing diameter on both sides and then have bearings pressed in. In current form could be used as a drive wheel if the bore diameter matches that of the drive shaft and if it was keyed. Or could be idler without doing anything.
