Hey guys,
I’m a real nube and I thought you might like to have a look at my WIP. I’ve kinda been easing into this. First I made a practice knife that had a MDF blade – got a bunch of grief over the handle.
Next I bought a pre-finished blade from Premium and put a Cocobolo handle on it. This is the first time I’ve put up pictures of it – see what you think.
Yesterday I cut out a small Bowie from a Nickerson “Bastard” file that my dad had when he was in high school. I’m 68 so you can guess at the age of the file. Anyway, here is where it is today. Thanks for looking and your comments.
