paring knife with dogwood handle and brass pins. blade is 3/32" x 30mm x 100mm sabre grind cutting edge made with Starrett O1 at Rc62. spine is 3/32" at handle, tapered to point, 1mm about 1 1/2" from point.
small cleaver with oak burl handle. blade is 1/8" x 2" x 3 1/2" sabre grind cutting edge made with Simond's Red Streak Die Steel(O2) at Rc62.
ajikiri style paring knife with black walnut handle. blade is 1/16" x 35mm x 80mm cutting edge made with Starrett O1 at Rc64.
utility knife with oak burl handle. blade is 3/32" x 35mm x 100mm cutting edge made with Starrett O1 at Rc62.
