the Christmas rush...

I had hoped to send out 20 knives for Christmas. All the same knife with minor changes...but...still finishing up a job in the shop, still finishing the sheath design, still finishing up handle changes...so I don't know how realistic the goal is...but I do have the packaging idea close....lol! If I cannot send at least 10 out to family, I won't send any. The ol'...hey I didn't get one of those....(if I only send out a couple or so....)

This display box is not much protection but it does immobilize the knife and sheath. I will ship this in a padded envelope and should be okay. I will test by shipping to California and back...

I put the knife in the sheath, wrap it in brown paper, and pack it in a flat rate box. Suddenly I feel like such a loser.

John - You have to roll it in toilet paper before the brown paper to become a loser.

It helps to have a wife involved in the process though....
