Santoku Kitchen knife in 3mm O1 with a full flat grind, belt finish then a forced patina from mustard and lemon juice. Handle is Toxic green G10 over orange g10 with stainless fittings all shot blast for a orange peal texture. Blade length of 6", Oal its 11".

New pics. A much better finish i feel.

Nice looking veggie chopper there. How well does that type of finish hold up? I have been wanting to try something like that.
 
There really isnt much there not to like! Some guys are gonna shy away from the bold colors, but I like the vibrant look.
It looks like it's all ready to get to work!

I like the look of old steel fitted with a well designed handle- we have an Old Hickory that's about 75 years old that looks like that blade-
