what can you tell me about 55Cr3

i discovered a source for leaf springs today
went and bought 4 pieces for experimenting

their steel is 55Cr3
i wanted to post the properties here but apparently sources online differ a bit

they said they can HT themselves (basic HT, simply heat and quench) and i also thought i might try the regular HTer, altho one after another keep apologizing for doing my work because of current events

anyway what can you guys tell me about that steel?
HT, hardness, usability for knives, pros/cons, forgability, so on

i want it mainly for the bigger knives/choppers/short swords

It appears to be very close to 5160 spring steel. It also is primarily a Chinese product so anything could be in there. There's plenty of info on line.
