I'm not sure if I will put a spine,or leave it open.
After I put my name on the blade, and decide that
I'll post it in the gallery. The bufflo horn looks as though
it is full of scraches, but it is just what poped up when
sanding.
Pics are not the best.

God bless,Keith

Looks great, Keith!!
Did you think you would be making knives like that a year ago?
Still needs a thumbstud or nail nick. I know what you mean about the horn, that is streaked buffalo and it always looks scratched. You can buff it out on a wheel and wax it with car wax and it will shine like new bullets.

Good Job,
Steve

Thanks Steve, and no I can't believe I'm making knives like that now.
I am really enjoying this, and hope I can improve a little on each one.
No way I would be where I am at,without the help you and others on the
forum have given.
Thanks brother,

God bless,Keith

Keith,
You gotta try one with bolsters even if they are a different wood species or CF. You can glue it up before you apply the scale.
I think damascus bolsters would be real sweet.

I also use one set of screws during the fitting process and then change them out to new ones at the last minute.
