Who was a member of The Knife List?

Long ago and far away, before the age of the internet, and when I still had a memory, there existed a great Knifemakers tool called The Knife List. It came in the mail.

I know several members of this forum were members. Along with some who have passed away.

Me too! After the mailings, it became a weekly email digest, and then it sorta died away. The emails just stopped, and I've not heard anything else about it until this post.
