Wisconsin Switchblades

I don't want to make this a political post, so please don't take it there. I'm just posting to advise everyone in Wisconsin about AB142 which will allow the sale, purchase and use of "switchblades" in Wisconsin for CCW holders and law enforcement. If you don't know, Wisconsin has a very poorly worded definition of switchblade, which would include Stanely utility knives that you buy at the hardware store, and just about any folding knife that opens with something other than a nail-nick. Last year I was in court when a young man got convicted of carrying a switchblade. The knife was a flipper style that he had purchased at Walmart in town, and the judge stated that he felt the intent of the switchblade law covered any knife that could be opened with one hand.
