Wood Lab Status?

Has anybody had recent contact with the folks at Wood Lab? I sent them a batch of wood for stabilization a month ago and my recent emails and voicemails inquiring about my order haven't been returned. I usually communicate with a gentleman named Michael who has always returned my emails in a timely manner. I'm beginning to become a bit concerned.

I called there earlier this past week and never got an answer. Maybe they're at a show.

I do hope everything is alright. I was considering shipping my next batch of wood off to them to try their service since it's a tad bit lower than others.

Just wanted to update the board that Michael just contacted me and all is well. They have been on a deer hunting trip.
