This one is 1095 with Gimlet Burl. I was apprehensive about using Gimlet because of the natural inclusions it has, but I really like it, and think it turned out great (except for the front Corby that I sanded a little too far) Oh well, lesson learned. Any and all comments or suggestions are welcome.
Thanks for looking
Jess

Nice haandles,
The york reminds me of Musk OX horn and the Gimlet looks fine with those natural flaws. All wood has natural flaws and burls in wood are a freak of nature!

Very nice knives. The finish on the blades is beautiful and the handles are good shape, finish and color. I like them both.

*You incorporated the natural essence of each wood into the making of a fine knife handle.*

DeMo
