My souvenir from Australia, finished!

When I was working in Australia I ordered a knife from Dee Hedges, and asked her to put as much "Australia" in the knife as possible. Gold nuggets, Red Mallee Burl, snakeskin, old iron parts from a mine...

This is the result:

Dee has become a Journeyman Smith on the last Bladeshow.

Great lookin' knife, Jos! Thanks for adding the close-up of the guard area... very interesting!
Just two questions if I may: Did Dee Hedges use any kangaroo in the sheath for that extra Australian 'touch' and do you feel the knife is worth its weight in gold? :1:
