Sandblasters

Ernie Swanson

SASSY PINK LUUNCHBOX KNIFE MAKER
I got a military/tactical style knife in ATS-34 that I am working on right now.
I was thinking about doing a sandblast finish on it. I want a no shine finish on it.

Is there anyone that I can send it to to have this done?
I will be getting it Heat treated by Paul Bos.

If you look in your yellow pages I bet there is a place nearby. Many machine shops and welding shops also have sand blasters. I have a small blast cabinet and after trying glass beads on D2 and getting very little in the way of results I used some crushed garnet and got a nice look. Jim

I am kinda looking for someone that deals with alot of knives so I know I get the right results.
And where I live there is no where close, I will have to send it either way.

Ernie, I don't knoe how far Jim is from you, but give him a call. He does Duracoat. Did some for me. If that doesn't work out, ship it to me and I'll blast it.
